Client Questionnaire

Here is where you tell us a bit about yourself and more importantly what you need and want in your project.

Initial Call

This is where we review your questionnaire and discuss your project in more detail, like your basic design concept, budget, timeframe, personal circumstances, and a few of the things on your wishlist. This is where you can share with us what’s most important to you which will prepare us for our Initial Meeting.

Initial Meeting

This is where we delve deeper into the scope of your project and what you want, like:

  1. Budget

  2. Your wishlist

  3. The must-have’s & non-negotiables

  4. Site conditions, easements, access & neighbours.

  5. Special requirements

Preliminary Agreement & Design

This stage is where we sign the Preliminary Agreement so we can begin your project right away. In this agreement we will confirm and arrange the following:

  • Planning certificate

  • Site survey

  • Floorplan, facade’s & finishes

  • Build schedule

  • All consultants required for your project

  • Your detailed quote

Contract Signing & Approval

From here, your contract is signed and we can take one of 2 routes for your approval:

DA approvals mean that we submit the plans on your behalf to your local Council. DAs can take from 3-6 months for approval. These are typically held to a series of conditions.

CDC approvals mean that we submit the plans on your behalf to your local Council. These can take from 2-4 weeks for approval, however only certain types of developments are applicable to be lodged as a CDC.

We will discuss the best option for your project during your initial meeting.
